In recent years, Karsten has worked at the largest German service providers in Regulatory Affairs, and has successfully applied his comprehensive professional understanding of national and European regulatory regulations and procedures related to human medicinal products.

Previously, he worked for several pharmaceutical companies in Switzerland as a scientific staff member, product manager, and regulatory and medical manager. He is registered as an FTL with Swissmedic. In this capacity, he conducted audits of API suppliers and had the opportunity to enhance his experience in the preparation and analysis of QM systems.
